A quick update from me

Just a quick update from me.

I’m hitting pause on the weekly YouTube Lives for a few weeks. Not forever—just long enough to make sure I don’t burn out while trying to help others avoid it!

There’s a lot going on right now.

At the end of May, I’ll be flying to California to:

  • Deliver workshops for NBCUniversal

  • Join panel discussions with Comcast and Kaiser Permanente, both focused on mental health in the workplace

  • Speak at the World Economic Forum’s Global Technology Retreat in San Francisco

Alongside that, I’m continuing to build my burnout course, community app, developing some sleeping supplements, and working on Chibs.ai—my nervous system chatbot assistant.

These are huge opportunities to share the message of nervous system safety: helping leaders, companies, and communities understand what’s really going on with stress, burnout, and tech overwhelm—and how we can use technology to help us, not harm us.

But the most important thing I can do right now?

Keep providing you with meditations that help you reset, sleep, breathe, and feel safe.

I’ve got a few banked up and ready to go, so you’ll still see new ones popping up while I’m on the road.

That’s what most of you are here for—and that’s where my energy is going.

So for now, the YouTube Lives are on hold—but the meditations are not.

This is about doing less, more meaningfully.

Thanks so much for understanding.

If you’re in your own busy season too, maybe this is your reminder:

Protect your energy. Make space. Say no so you can say a real yes.

See you in the next meditation 💙
