Whitelist Our Email Address

To make sure you receive all the valuable content, updates, and resources from the Mindfulness for Strivers community, it's essential to add hello@chibs.co to your email contacts or whitelist us. This helps ensure our emails don't end up in your spam or junk folder.

Below are simple instructions for adding our email address to your safe sender list for some of the most popular email clients:

Gmail (Desktop):

  1. Open your Gmail inbox.

  2. Locate an email from hello@chibs.co (you might find it in Promotions or Spam).

  3. Drag the email to your "Primary" tab.

  4. A prompt will appear at the bottom-left of your screen asking if you'd like to do this for future messages—select Yes.

  5. You can also click the three dots in the email window, select "Add [Chibs.co] to Contacts List."

Gmail (Mobile App):

  1. Open an email from hello@chibs.co.

  2. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Add to Contacts.

Outlook (Desktop):

  1. Open Outlook and find an email from hello@chibs.co.

  2. Right-click the email and select Junk > Never Block Sender.

  3. You can also manually add the email to your contacts:

  • Open the email.

  • Click the three dots in the top-right.

  • Select Add to Outlook Contacts.

Outlook (Mobile App):

  1. Open the email.

  2. Tap the sender's name at the top.

  3. Select Add Contact.

Apple Mail (iPhone & iPad):

  1. Open the email from hello@chibs.co.

  2. Tap the sender's email address at the top.

  3. Select Add to Contacts.

Apple Mail (Mac):

  1. Open the email from hello@chibs.co.

  2. Click the sender’s email address and select Add to Contacts.

Yahoo Mail:

  1. Open an email from hello@chibs.co.

  2. Click the three dots next to the email’s subject.

  3. Select Add Sender to Contacts.

If your email client isn’t listed above, you can typically find similar instructions in your client’s help section by searching for "add to safe senders" or "whitelist."
